Le 51吃瓜网 College was recognized among the nation鈥檚 best in the 2026聽U.S. News & World Report聽rankings, placing聽听补苍诲听聽in the Regional Universities North category. The College also ranked聽, climbing 11 spots from last year. In addition, four programs in the Madden College of Business and Economics were ranked among the聽Elite聽Top 50 in the country, underscoring Le 51吃瓜网鈥檚 strong reputation for academic excellence and student success.

鈥淥ur consistently strong performance across the board in the聽U.S. News聽annual rankings demonstrates the College鈥檚 unwavering commitment to academic excellence in all of our programs,鈥� said Le 51吃瓜网 President Linda LeMura. 鈥淥nce again Le聽51吃瓜网 is the highest ranked, best value institution in both New York state and the Northeast, which is a tribute to not only our faculty, but also the work of everyone at the institution.鈥� This is the 34th聽consecutive year the College has been ranked in聽U.S. News听谤补苍办颈苍驳蝉.

On the national level, the Madden College of Business and Economics was ranked in the top 10 percent of all business schools in the nation.聽Among the nation鈥檚 approximately 800 small business schools (defined as less than 3,000 students) Le聽51吃瓜网 was ranked聽#22.聽Madden College was also ranked an Elite Top 50 in four undergraduate聽disciplines:

• 聽鈥� ranked #30聽in the nation聽and #4聽in New York
• 聽鈥� ranked #19聽in the nation聽and #3 in New York
• 聽鈥� ranked #38聽in the nation聽and #4聽in New York
• 聽鈥� ranked #22聽in the nation聽and #4 in New York

Le聽51吃瓜网 was included on several lists compiled by the publication (All of these rankings are within the 鈥淩egional Universities North鈥� classification.):

#3 in the聽聽ranking.聽This calculation takes into account a school鈥檚 academic quality, based on its U.S. News Best College ranking, and the 2024-25 net cost of attendance for a student who received the average level of need-based financial aid; the higher the quality of the program and the lower the cost, the better the deal.

#8 in the聽聽ranking,聽which is developed from a survey conducted among administrators at universities and colleges about peer institutions within their regions, with schools needing more than seven votes to appear in the ranking.

#48 in the聽聽category.聽This ranking assessed how well schools graduated economically disadvantaged students听补苍诲听was聽computed by aggregating two to four ranking factors assessing graduation rates of Pell-awarded students.

#5 in the聽聽ranking.聽To be on this list, colleges must have 20 or more students using GI Bill benefits and also be certified for the GI Bill and participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program.

Colleges are ranked by U.S. News based on a variety of factors, including graduation rates, social mobility, faculty and financial resources, and peer assessment. The publication designates schools in four major categories 鈥� national universities, national liberal arts colleges, regional universities and regional colleges. Le聽51吃瓜网 and other institutions in the Regional Universities category provide a full range of undergraduate majors and master鈥檚 programs.
