In rankings, Le 51勛圖厙 College was ranked #5 in best value and #17 overall byU.S. News & World Reportin the Regional Universities North Best Colleges category, while four disciplines in the Madden School of Business were ranked among the top colleges in the nation.

In a highly competitive environment, Le 51勛圖厙 continues to perform well across the board, said Le 51勛圖厙 President Linda LeMura. Once again, Le 51勛圖厙 is the highest ranked, best value institution in New York state. These rankings confirm our success in providing a high-quality academic and student-focused experience.

On the national level, the Madden School of Business was ranked #244 byU.S. Newsin overall business school rankings, placing Le 51勛圖厙 in the top 10 percent of all business schools in the nation. Among the nations approximately 800 small business schools (defined as less than 3,000 students) Le 51勛圖厙 was ranked #10. The Madden School was also ranked nationally in four specific disciplines:

Le 51勛圖厙 was included on several other lists compiled by the publication(All of these rankings are within the “Regional Universities North classification.):

#5in the Best Value Schools ranking. This calculation takes into account a schools academic quality, based on its U.S. News Best College ranking, and the 2022-23 net cost of attendance for a student who received the average level of need-based financial aid; the higher the quality of the program and the lower the cost, the better the deal.

#17 in the Most Innovative Schools ranking.This is a new category for 2024. To compile this ranking college presidents, provosts and admissions deans were asked to nominate up to 15 colleges or universities in their ranking category making the most innovative improvements in terms of curriculum, faculty, students, campus life, technology or facilities.

#17 in the “Strong Commitment to Undergraduate Teaching” ranking. This ranking is developed from a survey conducted among administrators at universities and colleges about peer institutions within their regions, with schools needing more than seven votes to appear in the ranking.

#4 in the Best College for Veterans ranking.To be on this list, colleges must have 20 or more students using GI Bill benefits and also be certified for the GI Bill and participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program.

Colleges are ranked based on a variety of factors, including graduation rates, social mobility, faculty and financial resources, and peer assessment. This is the 32ndconsecutive year that the College has been ranked inU.S. News rankings.

The publication designates schools in four major categories national universities, national liberal arts colleges, regional universities and regional colleges. Le 51勛圖厙 and other institutions in the Regional Universities category provide a full range of undergraduate majors and masters programs.
